Yes, all our customers, regardless of the segment to which their profile is assigned, will have access to voice-only, internet-only and mixed (calls and internet) plans.
- Will all our segments have plans with the same rates and content?
No, depending on the segment, the rates and content of the new plans will not be the same for all our customers.
- Will the new plans be definitive for our customers?
No, these plans may evolve according to the customer's class of service. But they are also subject to change by the product department.
- Will the newly created plans be available on all our platforms?
These plans will be available on all our platforms with the exception of code 500.

- Will these plans be available as gift plans?
Yes, the plans, depending on the beneficiary's eligibility, will be available via code 130 and the my digicel application as a gift plan.
Call only
- Under what name will call-only plans be marketed?
These plans are called "Digitalk" and offer call-only minutes as an allowance.
- On which platforms will digitalk plans be available?
The digitalk plans and the other two categories will be available via codes 509, 134, 130, 223 as well as the my digicel application and the mon cash platform.
- What will be the validity thresholds for Digitalk plans?
Depending on segmentation and price, these plans will be valid for: midnight, 24h, 3 days, 7 days and 30 days.
- Digitalk plan: How long is the plan valid for which class of service?
All classes of service are eligible for the 30-day, 7-day, 3-day and 24-hour plans, and exceptionally one of the plans valid until midnight (Digitalk 50).
For the others, the service classes change.
- Apart from minutes, do digitalk plans offer any additional benefits?
Yes, these plans offer an additional benefit, either a bonus or an SMS. Plans valid until midnight give bonuses to be used for (on-net Call and SMS), and plans valid for 24h, 3 days, 7 days and 30 days give unlimited SMS.
- How can I check the allocation of Digitalk plans?
These plans can be checked on several DAs, depending on their validity period and class of service.

- DA 36 for 24-hour plans (*120*1#).
- DA 37 for 3-day plans (*120*1#).
- DA 28 for 7-day plans (*120*1#).

This refers to all plans that offer only an MB allowance for Internet use. These plans are marketed under the name "DigiNet".

- What are the advantages of DigiNet plans?
They offer a data allowance that varies according to the tariff, as well as an additional MB Bonus package.

- Why are they called mixed plans?
Because these plans contain both minutes for calls and MBs for Internet use. These plans are called "Digi PaleNet".
- What are the validity thresholds for DigipaleNet plans?
DigipaleNet plans are valid for midnight, 24 hours, 2 days, 3 days, 7 days and 30 days.
- What are the advantages of DigipaleNet plans?
In addition to the allocation of minutes and Data offered by the plan, the latter gives the right to a bonus of minutes (Call) which varies according to the tariff, except for the DigiPalenet 30 J plan (UL) which offers an unlimited SMS package.
