How to subscribe online?
Want to subscribe to a "SIM-Only" plan?
Place your order online directly from our Webstore; it's simple and fast. Your SIM card will be delivered within 2 business days.
Here's what you'll need to complete your order:
- An email address for creating your account and tracking your order.
- A valid mobile number for the electronic signature of your contractual documents.
- Your IBAN bank account information to set up the monthly payment of your subscription via SEPA direct debit.
- A valid credit card to pay for your order.

My mobile is lost or stolen, what should I do?
Can't find your mobile?
We recommend that you suspend your line. To do this, contact Customer Services immediately by calling 555 from another digicel mobile or by visiting a Customer Agency.
To regain use of your line quickly, you can buy a new Sim card and insert it in another mobile. This way, you keep your mobile number and recover your credit balance.
What's more, you can buy a new mobile via the Mon Nouveau Mobile mobile renewal program, if you're eligible. Visit a Digicel store or customer agency to find out about our selection of mobiles and the applicable loyalty prices.
How can I check my balance?
