How to subscribe online?
Want to subscribe to a "SIM-Only" plan?
Place your order online directly from our Webstore; it's simple and fast. Your SIM card will be delivered within 2 business days.
Here's what you'll need to complete your order:
- An email address for creating your account and tracking your order.
- A valid mobile number for the electronic signature of your contractual documents.
- Your IBAN bank account information to set up the monthly payment of your subscription via SEPA direct debit.
- A valid credit card to pay for your order.

My cell phone is lost or stolen. What should I do?
Can't find your mobile?
We recommend that you suspend your line. To do this, contact Customer Services immediately by calling 555 from another digicel mobile or by visiting a Customer Cgency.
To regain use of your line quickly, you can buy a new Sim card and insert it in another mobile. This way, you keep your mobile number and recover your credit balance.
What's more, you can buy a new mobile via the Mon Nouveau Mobile mobile renewal program, if you're eligible. Visit a Digicel store or customer agency to find out about our selection of mobiles and the applicable loyalty prices.
How can I check my balance?
There are two ways to check your account balance: :
You can easily check your balance for free using the MyDigicel application!
Step 1. Download and connect to the MyDigicel application.
Step 2. Your account balance is displayed on the home screen.
Step 3. Select the 'Main menu' button () at the bottom left of the application. Select 'My offer'. This will display all your balances (Calls, SMS, Internet).
